Accepted Payment Methods

We accept major credit and debit cards and other payment methods made available at checkout. All payments are processed securely through our checkout provider; we do not store your full card details.

When You're Charged

One-time orders are charged in full at the time of purchase. Subscription orders are charged at the start of each billing interval you select.

Billing Issues

If you notice an unexpected or incorrect charge, please contact us at info@petvita.shop before initiating a chargeback with your bank — we're able to resolve most billing issues directly and faster than a dispute process.

Chargebacks & Disputes

If a chargeback is filed without first contacting us, we reserve the right to provide your bank or card issuer with order, delivery, and communication records to contest the dispute. Fraudulent or abusive use of the chargeback process may result in the cancellation of current and future orders.
